I often get asked, What do you even do?

Now, I hate selling and ‘big noting’ myself at the best of times. I much rather speak about someone else, than to sound like every other real estate agent in town.

In fact, when at business networking events people used to ask what I did, I would just say I am on the dole; immediate conversation termination right there.

Without needing to put a peg on your nose while reading this edition, I will briefly outline what our core services are.

Since 2004, our service has expanded but also refined in focus.
The simple way to explain what we do sits around 4 words:

That’s it.
No fancy marketing spiel, just 4 simple words.

Buy

Starting out first as a buyers agent, this is our longest running service. Helping our clients buy better properties, at better prices since 2004. We don’t sell property, that means we are your agent in the purchase transaction and are legally bound to the get the best terms and price for you, the buyer.

Build

Is separate to Buying cause, well it is different. Building has other complexities and when you are talking about a family home, a personal touch is needed.

Building your next home or investment property means you are placing your $100’s of thousands of dollars in the hands of a builder that you may not have met. How do you choose the right builder, are they any good? What happens if we need to make changes etc.

Our specialised new construction team make the build process easy and much less daunting for each of our clients. If you want to build, then call us first.

Develop

Our first development idea was floated to our clients in 2015, and it was overwhelmingly popular. Since then, more and more of our clients have made the move to develop, by themselves or with others.

While development is probably the riskiest activity someone can take in property land, having a good team to support and guide you is not just helpful, its essential.

Our clients involved in developments have the full backing of our team, meaning they are making decisions confidently and educated. Being involved with like minded others is also highly beneficial to their successful outcomes.

Divest

WE DO NOT SELL property. Let me make that clear.

Instead, we screen the best agent for your property and manage the sale process. This service costs you nothing more to have us involved in your sale.

Originating from our clients who had bought property using our buyers service, then later asking us to sell their property because they only trusted us, meant we needed a solution for them.

Also called Vendors Advocacy, Divestment is a great service that can really take the pressure off a hugely stressful time.
