Daniel Willis

With a background in town planning and environmental assessment, Daniel has provided planning advice, environmental and planning assessments, development approval and project management services on a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial developments within Queensland and northern NSW since 1994.

Daniel’s experience includes demographic analysis, infrastructure planning and design, as well as extensive land use planning for residential developments, master planned residential projects, commercial and industrial developments, State government designations for community infrastructure, coastal structures, drainage, roads and bridge infrastructure.

Key services include development advice and approvals identification, technical assessment and preparation of documentation to support the approvals process, lodgement and administration of approvals, liaison and negotiation with regulatory authorities, and changes to approval conditions, often during construction phase to better accommodate site conditions or achieve significant cost savings, as well as management of the delivery of urban projects through design and operational works approvals, certification and endorsement of survey plans.
